In this workshop we will use Shakti mats through our practise to help promote these qualities. Through various gentle yoga- LIKE poses, we will cultivate the wonderful benefits the mats offer such as helping to reduce stress and tension, promote sleep, promote muscular recovery, increase circulation, relieve back pain, headaches and so much more.
Through learning these qualities on the Shakti Mats, we will become better able to draw on them for life experiences off the mat as well.
No experience or knowledge of the Shakti Mats or yoga is necessary.
Just come with an open mind and heart, playful curiosity and a blanket for comfort.
