7:45-8:45am Tuesdays – Join our yogini mum-to-be, Gabriella Balaskó, for her six-week class series; designed especially for pregnancy.
You will learn how and why to modify or skip certain yoga poses according to your body and your current pregnancy experience alongside other soon-to-be mothers. This course is aimed at those who already have a yoga practice prior to becoming pregnant with the objective of enabling you to feel strong, empowered to be able to safely and confidently continue your regular yoga practice at the studio.
Meditation and Mindfulness can have a profound effect on our sense of happiness, contentment and ease. A regular practice can help with self-control, improve levels of concentration, memory and mental clarity, reduce stress, increase emotional intelligence and teach us how to relate to ourselves and others with kindness, acceptance and compassion.

Practicing yoga while pregnant can improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth and beyond. It can also decrease nausea, carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches and shortness of breath, and decrease the risk of preterm labour.
This course is designed for pregnant students who have had a regular yoga practice pre-pregnancy (for at least 6+ months) and wish to continue their classes.
