This 6 week series goes over the fundamentals and breaks out sequences in a way that regular classes don’t necessarily have time for. We will cover standing poses, sun salutations, forward folds, backbends, open twists, closed twists, restorative yoga, and a few other bits and bobs. It’s lovely to learn with others who are new to yoga or curious about the hows and whys behind poses. We’ve already run this series, and it was a delight. This is your chance to join in.
