Maria Paula Anzola says: I love working with movement (yoga and dance) and integrating it the healing of plants, flower essences and essential oils to support our bodies. I am very happy to share about women’s health and honoring our cycle, connect with the importance of breast care and to care for our bodies in a more natural way through natural Gynecology. I am from Colombia, been living here for 9 years and my honour to share what I learn in Colombia, travelling and studying in NZ. I studied Anthropology in Colombia, Bach flower essences in NZ and different courses in aromatherapy, yoga and dance such as Certificate in holistic massage modalities at Lotus College in Hastings, Aromatherapy certification by Aromhead Institute in the USA (online ongoing training), Natural Gynecology studies in Colombia. Qoya teacher certified by Rochelle Schieck founder in NZ. However my work is mainly intuition and this is what I teach in my courses! Connecting us more with what we already know…. 🙂

My passion is sharing how we can integrate different healing modalities to enjoy and celebrate our bodies!

A wonderful opportunity to learn and nurture ourselves at a deep level. Spaces limited. Book in!
