3-day Breath of Life and Energy Workshop with Lasse Holopainen
Our breath is inextricably linked to our human energy. Over three days you will gain an intimate understanding of how you breathe, and learn the fundamentals of how to become a better breather. Join Lasse as he leads you through a discovery of the most powerful force in your life, your breath. The aim is to awaken the breathing muscles and develop proper breathing habits through the practice of ancient yogic and qi gong techniques. This has the dual effect of expanding your lung capacity and while creating an elegant, graceful unconscious breath – leading to more energy, better sleep, and an overall sense of calm.
Evenings will be spent learning the healing modalities of the breath, all the while beginning to explore meditation. For those that are ready, the seminar culminates with a delve into the “infinite breath”, a powerful technique that can eventually lead to the yogic experience of Samadhi.
Lectures and exercises will be held either onsite or on guided walks. Daily yoga classes are optional, but attendance is encouraged as this acts as a powerful adjunct to the seminar by tying breath into movement.
