An 8-week online course to empower you with science-based practices to help you relax like you’ve never relaxed before!

 Are the stresses of everyday life getting to you?

 Do you feel low, unhappy or anxious about where you are in your life, or where your life is going?

 Does it feel like your life lacks in joy, meaning, purpose or resilience?

 Do you struggle with negative thoughts and challenging emotions?

 Maybe you are finding it difficult to fall asleep? Despite being so tired, your mind is racing at 100 miles an hour and keeping you awake.

If you answered YES to any of the above, you might want to consider a relaxation practice that really works. A relaxation practice that assists you in calming the tensions from the body, the mind and the emotions. Because let’s face it, it’s not anything physical that’s draining you. You probably spend most of your day sitting, yet you still feel depleted, tired and fatigued a lot of the time.

As you’ll learn during the Online Relaxation course, the tiredness comes from the overactivity of the emotions and of the mind. It’s those fatiguing thoughts and negative emotions that drain you of the innate resources of vitality and wellbeing.

This 8-week online course will introduce you to the science-based tools and techniques that make up a clinically-proven protocol from The Integrative Restoration Institute. These relaxation techniques will help you cope with daily stress, decrease anxiety and depression, relieve chronic pain, improve sleep and restore an innate sense of resilience and well-being.

The 8-week Online Relaxation Course is the ideal antidote to the stresses of modern-day living.

You’ll discover that stress is NOT the problem, and that the Root Cause of your current stresses and frustrations is not what you think it is. Unresolved tensions and life experiences imbalance the body-mind, and this course provides you with a toolbox of practices to restore balance and wellbeing.

Over 8 sessions you will learn how to:

• ACCESS resilience, joy and wellbeing

• FOSTER and embody the physiology of safety and trust

• REWIRE the nervous system somatically

• TAP into a felt-sense of life meaning and purpose

• RELEASE tensions from the body and shift sensations of pain and discomfort

• LET GO of emotional tensions and gain new insight and understanding into emotional experiences

• RESOLVE limiting beliefs and thought systems that might be holding you back

• EXPERIENCE a deep connection with yourself, your life and all of life around you

The course will be delivered via Zoom, and replays will be available if you miss a session. Every session includes an informative talk packed with practical tools and strategies to help you relax like you’ve never relaxed before. There will be a short movement practice leading into a 35-minute guided relaxation. You’re so welcome to show up in your PJ’s, ready to tumble into bed afterwards. Or you may wish to join from the comfort of your own bed for the whole thing! You will sleep so well after engaging in these relaxation practices.

Each week, there will be handouts, mini meditations and a full relaxation practice posted onto Dropbox, in addition to the workbook posted at the start of the course.
