Foundations of Pilates at Kanuka Yoga Space

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until April 14, 2021
Continue your Pilates journey by building on your foundational skills. During this series, we will be working on Pilates exercises that focuses on fine tuning your technique, working on functional movements, and challenge your body’s ability to move well while maintaining proper strength and stability.
Join Vivian Cheng from SoFitness for a five-week mat pilates series at Kanuka Yoga Space.
The series is a continuation of the Foundation Pilates series but all levels are welcomed as we have many variations to all exercises.
Begins – Wednesday, 17th March
Time – 7pm-8pm
With – Vivian Cheng from SoFitness
Exchange – $100 for all five classes, or $24 casual drop-in
