This Learn to Meditate course runs Thurs + Fri evening at 6.30pm & Sat at 8.30am

There is no doubt that this is an extraordinarily unprecedented time. You may be feeling a whole host of uncomfortable emotions and some will be overwhelming. Such enormous, sudden change and uncertainty causes our nervous system to go into overdrive and we experience heightened levels of stress, anxiety and maybe even feelings of powerlessness.
Because these times are nothing like we have seen, I am able to offer something I never have before. For a limited time, in order to best serve anyone interested in learning how to meditate, I am able to run my Learn to Meditate course online

I want to be able to help as many people as I can who want to learn to meditate be able to achieve this. So I have created a special price structure to meet the needs of all potential students during the COVID-19 lockdown period.

I’m hosting a live FREE info talk April 15th! There are two times to choose from – 9am and 5pm. If you’d like to sign up to the next Learn to Meditate course, this intro talk is a pre-requisite. The next Learn to Meditate course is run over 3x 90 minute sessions. See website for full details.
