Join Vivian Cheng (from SoFitness) for a new five-week mat pilates series at Kanuka Yoga Space.
During this series, we will be working on Pilates exercises that focuses on fine tuning your technique, working on functional movements, and challenge your body’s ability to move well while maintaining proper strength and stability.

With a background as a competitive Rhythmic Gymnast, Ballet dancer, and teacher, Vivian has a strong passion for mastering form and mindful movements with the body.
She not only specialises in rehabilitation exercises but as a Certified Pilates Instructor, she can also give tailored workouts for her clients who want to tone and define their bodybuilding strength using the correct form and posture.
