A Live in-Person Afternoon Workshop to Boost Your Nervous System for More Ease + Wellbeing

Discover brain-body AND mind-body practices that are simple, easy-to-do and powerful beyond measure to relieve tension from the nervous system so that you can elevate your innate ability to experience more health, ease and wellbeing.

Your nervous system is designed to support your intention for health, healing and wellbeing. When the nervous system is in balance, you feel happy, healthy and well.

When your nervous system is overloaded, stressed or out of balance, you feel the opposite. This can:

– Disrupt sleep, digestion and immunity.
– Cloud your thinking and decision-making, making it harder to focus and get things done.
– Leave you feeling angry or sad a lot of the time
– Leave life feeling like it’s lacking in joy, meaning or balance.

Life can feel like a struggle when your nervous system is agitated.

The GOOD NEWS is that your nervous system is biologically hardwired to offset these negative effects and to restore a sense of balance to the mind, body and emotions.

We’ll explore MIND-BODY PRACTICES such as acupressure, myofascial release, tapping, fascia, meridian work and somatic movement. We’ll introduce you to some powerful interoception and vagus nerve activities to boost the BRAIN-BODY CONNECTION.

The practices are not generic ones that you’ve heard about, tried and haven’t had much success with. They are unique, contemporary and exceptionally effective for shifting what’s happening on the inside so you can feel better on the outside.
