It’s easy to get caught up in life’s demands, never stopping to catch your breath and getting further into sleep and energetic debt. These days having enough energy to get through the week is a commodity, that’s why it’s so important to give yourself the opportunity for ample rest to build your energy stores.
Join Kellie for an afternoon to Rest & Restore, we’ll begin with gentle asana to move the body and release any restlessness and residual tension. Followed by simple pranayama breathwork to fully prepare you for a restorative Yoga Nidra practice – a guided relaxation to bring you to a state somewhere between consciousness and sleep, allowing for a profoundly deep state of rest.
This workshop is suitable for people of all levels and abilities, no prior yoga experience is necessary. Wear loose comfortable clothing, including layers.
