Practicing mindfulness through various methods of play, Yoga Asanas, sequences and breath work to help children learn how to focus, find inner calm, gratitude, kindness and self love. Students feel relaxed and have a lot of fun while learning new skills to equip them for life.
Ages: School Y7 upwards
