A yoga and mindfulness gathering, connecting a likeminded community, focusing on a different Wellness & Health related book each month.
Held once a month, the Mindful Book Club will focus on key ideas around the book of the month and offer thought starter questions to a sharing circle. The 90 minute gathering will include gentle yoga, meditation, journaling and a discussion circle. You are welcome to buy the book and read it, however we will discuss the main themes in the book so it is not mandatory. There is no pressure to share in the circle, anyone is welcome to join and listen to others. We hope that with the Mindful Book Club you will connect likeminded souls, learn practical tools to bring the learnings of the book into your life, and share personal insights.
Hosted by yoga teacher and wellness writer Tennille Ziegler. Tennille has practiced yoga for over 7 years and started to delve into sharing circles whilst living in Sydney. After spending time on her inward journey in India and completing her yoga teacher training, Tennille returned to NZ share her experiences of life and yoga with a likeminded community.
All and any are welcome to attend this workshop. Light snacks and tea will be provided. Please bring your own journal.

Wednesday 27 May 7.30-9pm: The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer
Author and spiritual teacher Michael A. Singer shares his insights on developing consciousness to live in the present moment, not plagued by living in the past and future. Tapping into traditions of meditation and mindfulness, The Untethered Soul walks you through your relationship with your thoughts and emotions, helping you to discover inner peace and serenity.
