Trauma Sensitive Yoga Term 1 2020

An event every week that begins at 11:30 am on Tuesday, repeating until March 31, 2020
Yoga has been shown to have great benefit for those working with Complex trauma and/or PTSD. Through the use of specific launguaging, interoception, gentle movement and a body-based approach Trauma Sensitive Yoga can be a helpful adjunct to traditional talk based therapies.
Jessica Devi (Trauma Informed Yoga and Movement Teacher) and Bridget McNamara (Psychologist and Yoga Teacher) are offer 8 week courses for those who feel they would benefit from this approach.
This course runs every Tuesday from 11:30am-12:30pm. If we have enough interest we will also run a second course on the same day from 1-2pm.
