Join Sam McKenzie in the studio for a very special, Yoga Nidra Winter Warmer.
Breathe some warmth into winter by joining us for a captivating experience of nurturing Hatha Yoga (suitable for all levels) and Yoga Nidra (deep guided relaxation). Be greeted with the warm sacred nutrient-rich Cacao (or yummy tea) to guide you to an open-hearted state to receive bliss and joy.
