Ever wondered how you can add more nutrition to your everyday meals? A nice way to do it is with a nut or seed topper. This is a great way to add extra nutrition, vitamins, minerals to your meals. A topper can be added to salads, roasted veg, stirfrys, baked veg dishes and soups. It helps to give you a little vitamin and mineral boost.

Below is one of my favourite recipes that I got from a friend of mine and have been enjoying. I know that she likes to add this to boiled eggs. Try it out and see how you like it.

Nutrition Sprinkle



Sunflower seeds



Rock salt



Take all nuts and seeds and loosely chop or grind.

Sprinkle Tamari and rock salt over top

Roast on a low temp at 150 until brown and crispy
